2. Products & Authenticity

Stanbay sells officially licensed K-pop merchandise sourced through certified supplier partners. We make every effort to ensure all products are genuine and accurately described.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual items may differ slightly in packaging, photocards included, or regional edition details as determined by the original manufacturer.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if products are listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
• Payments are processed securely through the MadeThis platform. We do not store payment card information.
• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your location and are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Dropship Fulfillment

Stanbay is a dropship store. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our certified supplier partner. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your shipping information (name and delivery address) will be shared with our supplier solely for order fulfillment purposes.

5. Shipping

We offer tracked international shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. Stanbay is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier operations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All K-pop artist names, logos, album artwork, and related intellectual property are owned by their respective rights holders. Stanbay operates as an authorized reseller of officially licensed merchandise and does not claim any ownership over these properties.

Our site design, copy, and branding are the property of Stanbay and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stanbay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our store or purchase of products. Our liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
