Refund & Return Policy

Our Commitment

At Stanbay, we stand behind every product we sell. All merchandise is officially licensed and authentic. If there is ever an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 14 days of confirmed delivery will not be accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Items that arrived damaged or defective
  • Items that are incorrect (wrong product, wrong version)
  • Items that are missing components from the original manufacturer packaging

To be eligible, returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number and reason for return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened and used
  • Digital products or download codes
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window without prior authorization

Note: Because K-pop albums contain random photocard inserts, a return cannot be accepted solely on the basis of which photocard was included — this is determined by the manufacturer, not Stanbay.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via our contact form or email team@stanbay-rww.madethis.app with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable.
  2. We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions. For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by Stanbay.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, then contact us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order was marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with our shipping partner. Stanbay is not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
